You know I’m a big fan of entrepreneurs and business owners who are doing great things online. Lately I’ve been following a few well known influencers and I’ve learned some things. I want to share 5 things negatively impacting your ability to get paid online. Listen…I’m trying to make sure I level up as much as possible so I can empower YOU to be as tech savvy as you need to be.
However, here’s how I see it…
If you’re an entrepreneur like me, figuring out all the tech&tools needed to do business online put me in a fog. I felt like I was drowning; trying to figure it all out. That was more than 10 years ago!
Now? I know exactly what to use to be successful online. And I LOVE helping others figure it out, too!
How do your tech&tools IQ measure up on a scale from 1-10 on the following:
- Skill Level – Have you mastered the basics of the tech&tools you have now? Nail down the basics first and THEN look for other resources to level up your operations.
- Content Plan – Decide what and how you’re going to share content, especially when it comes to what your ideal client needs to know before they work with you.
- Deliverables – What are your clients and customers buying from you? Are they physical products or digital? How you’re going to deliver them? These details will guide you in making the decisions about what tools to use.
- Process – How will your basic operations flow? I know…process sounds boring BUT, if you don’t know how you’re going to run your “house”, you won’t know which tools you’ll need.
- Budget – You have to know the numbers. Yep…you need to know how much money it takes to operate the process you’ve created (refer to #4 above) to run your business.
So how do you measure up and are YOU happy with where you are?
I know that technology can be overwhelming…I was exactly where you are. But you know in your gut that you can do this…and you’re NOT going to let the tech get to you…right?
